Before you ask

Is there a free trial?
No. Every build costs us real money to produce, so we only build for people who want a site live. The AI build starts at £9 a month and you can cancel any time.
Is the website actually mine?
Yes. The domain is registered for you and the site is yours. Cancel and you keep what you have already paid for until the end of the month.
What if I want to change something?
Ask for it in plain English, or point and click at the bit you want to edit. Most people tweak wording and photos for a week and then leave it alone.
What is included in the free domain?
One domain registration on Pro and Pro+, a .com, .co.uk or similar. If you already own one, connect it at no extra cost.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
Buy a top-up pack any time, from £8. They never expire and you do not need another subscription.
Do you do a charity rate?
Registered charities, non-profits and community groups get Pro at half price with nothing removed. Email chilly@chilledsites.com with a line about what you do.
