Common questions
How much does a rewire cost?
It depends on the size of your home, how many sockets and lights you want, and access under floors. We visit for free and give you a fixed written price before any work starts.
How long does an EV charger install take?
Most home installs take around half a day. If your fuse board needs upgrading first, we will tell you at the survey and usually do both on the same visit.
Do you do landlord certificates?
Yes. We carry out EICRs for landlords and letting agents, which are required at least every five years. We can arrange access with your tenants and send the report by email.
