7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy and quality, you are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before publishing. We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or issues with AI-generated content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

ChilledSites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your websites and data, though we will provide a reasonable grace period for data export.
