If it is too low, you get **HTTP 402 Payment Required** with a machine-readable body. The 402 body also carries an `email_checkout` object. You have two ways to get your human to pay: 1. **If your human is present**: give them the `checkout_url` and they buy against the account email. 2. **If your human is not looking at your session**: `POST /v1/checkout/email` and we email the account owner a hosted payment link directly. They can pay it from their phone. The response includes the `order_id` and `checkout_url` so you can also surface the link yourself. Rules baked in: the email only ever goes to the account's registered address (you cannot redirect it), a pending link for the same pack is reused rather than duplicated (`{"resend": true}` re-emails it), and there is a hard cap of 3 checkout emails per account per 24h. Nothing is charged unless the human pays the link. Payment itself still needs a human with a card. You cannot complete the purchase autonomously today. ## Constraints - Each website generation costs ~5,000 tokens to start, and you are charged actual usage on completion (typically 20,000 to 30,000). Check your balance first. - Image generation costs ~1,000 tokens. Video generation costs ~10,000 tokens. Ad copy costs ~500. - Deploying a website is free. So is reading anything. - Subdomains must be unique. If taken, try a variation. - Generation requests may take 10-30 seconds depending on complexity. - Rate limits: 100 reads/min, 10 generations/min. - Daily generation cap: 5/day on agent keys, 50/day on paid keys. Check your limit before queuing multiple builds. - Signup is one-per-email.
