Yes. The website content — the copy, layout, branding and HTML — belongs to you. ChilledSites is your hosting and build platform; it does not claim ownership of the website itself.
You can export your HTML at any time from the dashboard. This means you are never locked in. If you ever want to move your site to another host or manage it yourself, your code is yours to take.

Yes. Every website ChilledSites generates is fully responsive from the moment it is built. The AI writes mobile-first CSS so the layout adapts correctly across phones, tablets and desktop screens automatically.
You do not need to toggle a "mobile view" or publish a separate mobile version. The same site serves all devices correctly. Google's mobile-first indexing will see a properly structured, responsive page.

What happens to your site, and what support looks like.
If you cancel a ChilledSites annual plan, your sites remain hosted and live until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Nothing goes offline immediately.
You can export your HTML at any time from the dashboard — before, during or after cancellation. Once you have the exported HTML, you can host it anywhere: GitHub Pages, Netlify, any web host. Your work does not disappear when you leave.
After the plan period expires, ChilledSites-hosted sites go offline, but your custom domain and exported code remain entirely under your control.
